Assign each project to well-experienced professional translators with adequate technical background; provide relevant training for new hires to let them understand specific translation requirements and standards before assigning any job to them.

Standardize translation processes, and conduct total quality control in the entire process of each project from start to finish.

All editors involved in production must have at least 2 years of translation experiences.

All translation must undergo rigorous language and technical review or proofreading, and requires due coordination and cooperation of all involved from draft to final version and from proofreading to finalization.

Specific Process:

•  Project analysis: ALLLIKE expert team conducts a preliminary analysis of translation documents to determine the area of specialty and make industry subdivision;

•  Setting up project team: Each project team is composed of multiple translators led by an experienced project manager;

•  Creating glossary: ALLLIKE multi-language project manager and project analysis team scan original texts to create a glossary;

•  First project meeting: Finalize the technical glossary, style, format and layout (typesetting) of translation, formulate guidelines and arrange training, etc.;

•  Official translation: Then, professional translators start translation. To ensure superior translation quality, our project team members frequently communicate with each other in the process of translation under the supervision of the project manager; Proofreading by senior translators or specialists: Double check technical terms, check for errors and omissions, review terminology consistency, and update the glossary, etc.;

•  Quality control examination: Revise per client comments, proofread revised versions, follow through on quality control system, and then edit laser printouts;
